Serving as the new face of the University on a highly visible site, this new garage completes the rebranding of the north campus, featuring a 50 x 300 foot long image of the University Avenue Bridge reflected in the Merrimack River. Comprised of 1400 folded aluminum panels containing over 3.2 million laser-cut holes, the image evokes themes of nature, technology, history and connection.

The facility accommodates 620 cars on 6 levels and is designed to visually extend the color and material palette of the buildings nearby through the use of terra cotta tile walls and aluminum louver blades. The structural system has no raised spandrel beams, which allows the garage to feel exceptionally open and transparent from within.
